Return & Exchange policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchases.
2. We have a 7 day easy return policy.
3. Exchange will be allowed in case the product received is damaged/ defective/incorrect.
4. If the item is damaged/defective/incorrect then you can simply email on silvyajewels@gmail.com within 2 days, since the date you receive your products.
5. We will respond in 24 hours to serve you the best from us.
6. Products tags must not be removed. Please note: If product tags are removed the items will be non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

CANCELLATIONS

1. Once an order is placed, it can only be Cancelled within 6 hours of ordering. You can simply email us on silvyajewels@gmail.com. Please mention Order ID of your order.
2. We will credit the full amount in case of pre-paid order in the original mode of payment.
